It goes without saying that the past 12 months have certainly not been what anyone could have expected or predicted. At Naked Kitchens, we are dedicated to be operating safely and following guidelines and guidance. True to our namesake, we strive to be transparent with our customers throughout every part of our process. This is something that has been ingrained in our business model from the very beginning.
Sustainability. A word that we hear used constantly, but what does it actually mean and how should it be considered in the manufacturing industry?
As manufacturers, we ourselves are acutely aware of our environmental responsibility and sustainable accountability in everything that we do. We strive to have a crystal-clear supply chain and use materials with carefully considered credentials, keep our wastage to an absolute minimum, design and manufacturer everything in the UK and ultimately build kitchens that genuinely do last for years to come.
During this period, we are remaining fully-open and where possible operating a ‘business-as-usual’ policy. However, we are taking extra precautions as the health and wellbeing of both our clients and our employees is our top priority.
All of our kitchen designers continue to work from our office or from their homes. Customers are always welcome to phone or email us with their rough plans and ideas and we will prepare any kitchen designs and quotes, as per usual.
Regrettably, we have had to postpone all face-to-face meetings at our showroom for the time being. We will be able to reschedule any pre-booked appointments once the current situation improves and in the meantime we are more than happy to arrange an alternative consultation over Skype, phone or email.
