A striking, transitional kitchen design combining modern cabinetry and historic architecture within this gorgeous Edinburgh home.
The striking contrast between the Oyster Catcher and Holkham Frost cabinetry creates a dramatic and eye-catching colour scheme.
Plenty of storage is created with a large island and long run of drawers along the back wall. Open shelving on the island was painted in a matching shade to the rest of the cabinetry, creating an ideal space for displaying cookbooks and ornaments.
The use of our Norfolk Bar Handles, also painted in black and white, adds subtle detail to the Slab-style cabinetry whilst allowing for easy access to upper cabinets and the large, full-height fridge and freezer.
The alcove of an old doorway was ingeniously used to create a taller-height wall cupboard, providing the ideal haven for the client’s crockery and glassware.
