We love designing kitchens – it’s what we’re known for – but at heart, we’re joiners and carpenters. Really, we just take joy in making beautiful, durable things from timber.
Over the years customers have quite often spotted a piece in one of our showrooms or our portfolio (or indeed, in their own kitchen) and said: “I love that larder/sideboard/chest of drawers. I know exactly the right place for it – could I just buy that bit?”
Naked Studio is our answer to that. It’s a way to own a piece of Naked – no layouts or design process, just one brilliant, made-to-order piece that fits your space, looks amazing and will last for generations.
What is Naked Studio?
It’s basically Naked Kitchens, but à la carte. Same craftsmanship, same materials and bespoke paint finishes, just pre-designed pieces.
The collection includes larder cupboards, wardrobes, chests of drawers, bedside tables, sideboards and shelves. They’re all made from the highest quality materials, right here in our Norfolk workshop.
Each product comes in a set size, with options on handles and timber finish or paint colour (yes, you can go custom colour too). We’ve designed them to look beautiful and work hard, whether they’re going into a kitchen, bedroom, hallway or any other part of the house.
And because they’re made to order, you get that solid, made-for-your-family feel – something you can pass down to your grandchildren.
Where can I use them?
Anywhere you like, really. We’ve grouped the range into kitchen, bedroom, and living, but don’t feel you need to follow the signs. A sideboard can look great in the bathroom. A larder can be stunning in the hallway. A wardrobe can be… well, a wardrobe, but an extremely good-looking one.
It’s all designed to mix and match with the rest of your life – whether you’re in a rented flat or a forever home, doing a big revamp or just taking an evolution-not-revolution approach: updating gradually, one corner at a time
Made to order, delivered promptly – and no flat-pack!
Studio pieces are made to order in our Norfolk workshop and delivered in about four weeks.
The items arrive fully assembled (unless they’re too big to fit through your front door – in which case we’ll send them in manageable bits. We promise not to leave you with a pile of mystery planks, hieroglyphic instructions and an Allen key!).
Can I choose the colour?
Yes. Each Studio piece comes in either an exposed oak or walnut finish, or in one of our range of house colours. But if you’ve got a very specific shade in mind, you can pick a custom colour for a little extra and we’ll mix it precisely to make sure it looks just as good in real life as it did in your head.
What’s in the collection?
Right now, Studio includes two main looks, Anmer and Langham. These are classic, timeless in-frame styles that look good in traditional or contemporary schemes and work in any colour.
You’ll find larders, sideboards, wardrobes, bedside tables and more. We’ll be adding to the range as we go – so if there’s something you’d love to see, please do let us know.
