A cottage kitchen full of personality: bespoke greens, a pink breakfast bar, and details designed with care.

A Shaws butler sink is paired with a Perrin & Rowe 3-in-1 tap: the perfect marriage of timeless style and modern convenience. It's details like these that make the kitchen feel rooted in tradition yet completely at home in daily life.

There's a beautiful mantelpiece over the hobs - traditional in feel, but practical too. Reeded glass wall cabinets showcase crockery, while in-frame Shaker doors with aperture beading and polished brass Armac Martin handles bring refinement and consistency throughout the house.
The Norton House kitchen is proof that “cottage” doesn't have to mean cluttered. Every detail has been thought through with care, creating a space that's full of personality yet effortlessly timeless.

Two bespoke greens - tonally close, but different enough to add depth - set the tone. Together with a bespoke breakfast bar in pink, topped with a timber worktop, they give the kitchen warmth, contrast and character.

A bar area is cleverly tucked under the stairs, making fabulous use of what could have been an awkward corner. An integrated fridge freezer disappears neatly into the cabinetry. Open display shelves give the eye room to breathe, avoiding the “wall-to-wall cupboards” look and letting favourite pieces shine.

Simple Shaker wardrobes in soft green bring calm to the space. Glazed panels with aged glass add a subtle shimmer and stop the cabinetry feeling heavy. A timeless, characterful finish that ties in beautifully with the room's warm textures and mural walls.

A narrow space cleverly reworked to be both practical and good-looking. Full-depth cupboards hide the laundry, with slimmer runs and open shelves keeping it light. Norfolk oak worktops and brass fittings make it feel part of the main kitchen, not an afterthought.

We are just as happy to fit, or simply supply the kitchen for your contractors to take it from there. Many of our clients are undergoing wider renovation projects, so using the contractor or a local carpenter or fitter can often be the most cost-effective option.
We are now also offering a fitting service in Greater London and the surrounding area, so please enquire with your designer as part of your design consultation and we'd be happy to help!
A final site measure is all part of the fitting service, but if you would like us to come and do a final measure if your contractors are fitting, that's no problem. Depending on the complexity of the space and the travel distance from either London or Norfolk, the site measure starts from £250. All we ask is that your room is ready for us!
We'd love for you to visit us at one of our showrooms.
Absolutely. We work directly with lots of fantastic partners, such as Neff, Miele, Bora, Gaggenau, Siemens & Quooker, among many others. Find out more on our appliances page
