Parking can be found outside our showroom. If you follow the signs for “Naked Kitchens” on the estate, you will be directed to our visitor parking outside our head office. Click here for full directions.

Is there public transport to your showroom?

As we are based in North Norfolk, public transportation can be tricky. We would strongly recommend driving or arranging alternative transportation. The nearest train stations are King’s Lynn, Downham Market or Norwich City, and the nearest bus stop is in East Rudham, 3 miles away.

3

Can I visit without an appointment?

While we always recommend booking an appointment to ensure one of our designers are available to discuss your project in detail, we understand that sometimes plans can be spontaneous. You are more than welcome to drop in without an appointment,. However, to make the most of your visit and ensure you receive our undivided attention, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment in advance.

4

What do I need to bring for a design consultation?

At a minimum, we will need to know the size of your room. Ideally, this would be architects plans or drawings will full room dimensions. However, to make the most of your design consultation, we recommend bringing any relevant information, ideas, or inspiration that can help us understand your vision better. This could include photos, sketches, material samples, or even mood boards that capture the aesthetic you're aiming for. Additionally, any specific functional requirements or preferences you may have.

5

What are delivery times?

We understand that timing is crucial when it comes to design projects, and we strive to meet your deadlines, no matter how ambitious they may seem. Our standard lead times from the confirmation of your order are typically between 8 to 12 weeks, but we are more than happy to work around your specific requirements. If you have a tight timeline or a particular date in mind, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us, almost anything is achievable…

6

Will I be able to discuss my designs when I visit?

Absolutely! One of the key advantages of visiting our showroom is the opportunity to discuss your design ideas and concepts with our team of designers. We highly recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure that a dedicated designer is available to listen to your vision, offer expert guidance, and collaborate with you on bringing your ideas to life.

7

Do you have customer toilets?

We have two toilets available for clients to use in this showroom. If you have any accessibility requirements, please phone us on 01328 838854 to discuss, so that we can make arrangements to suit your needs.

8

Do we offer installation?

We usually operate on a supply-only basis. Many of our clients are undergoing wider renovation projects, so using the contractor or a local carpenter or fitter can often be the most cost-effective option.

We are now also offering a fitting service within Greater London and the surrounding area, so please enquire with your designer as part of your design consultation; we'd be happy to help!
