Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer a design service?

We offer render service. This service allows you to visualise your cabinets before you order but you will need a good idea of your room dimensions and preferred cabinetry layout. Alternatively, if you feel you need some extra guidance about your design, we recommend speaking to an interior designer or your architect who should be able to help with putting some plans together.

Do you come on site to measure?

We work from dimensions or measurements supplied by the customer. If you are a little unsure or apprehensive to take your own measurements, you should consider asking a local builder or tradesman to run through this with you.

Can you supply appliances?

We mainly work with Miele and we can supply all Miele appliances at a discounted partner's rate. We can also supply a selection of other branded appliances, sinks and taps.

Do you fit kitchens?

We are supply only company. We suggest finding a local carpenter or fitter to install your kitchen, as this can often be the most cost-effective option.

What kind of worktops do you offer?

We manufacture solid wood worktops in 8 different timbers from sustainable sources. We are also able to outsource composite work surfaces such as Minerva and can also put you in touch with a stone supplier local to us.

What are your cabinets constructed from?

The quality of our cabinets is hugely important to us. You can choose to have your cabinets constructed from our Oak/Walnut Effect Egger Board or Real Oak/Walnut Veneered Plywood. No matter which material you opt for, all of our drawer boxes will be constructed from solid oak or walnut – a truly beautiful detail for your new kitchen. You can find more details about our carcass materials on our Cabinet Finish page.

What are the lead times?

Our typical lead times are as follows:

  • Naked Doors - 6 Weeks
  • Naked Kitchens - 8 - 12 Weeks
  • Naked Projects - 12+ Weeks

Our lead times start from the point of confirming that the order details are correct and ready for production. The amount of time from placement of the order to confirming that the order is ready for production can vary from customer to customer. Some take a few days, others 2-3 weeks.

Where are you based?

We are based in rural North Norfolk, just a short drive from Fakenham. Please find our address on our contact details page.

Where can I see your showroom kitchens?

Our showroom and workshop is based under one roof here in North Norfolk, so you can see our kitchens and how we make them at the same time.

Do you supply handles/knobs?

We tend to supply Armac Martin knobs and handles. If you have seen something you like, you are more than welcome to source your handles and knobs separately.

How do I receive a quotation/What information is required to supply a quotation?

The following information will help us provide you with an idea of costing:

  • The dimensions of the room and an initial idea of your preferred cabinetry layout – an architect plan is ideal however a hand-drawn plan is also fine!
  • Your preferred cabinetry configuration (e.g 100 x 600 x 870 base cabinet - 2 doors - 1 shelf or 865 x 700 x 910 base cabinet - 3 drawers etc).
  • An idea of the appliances you wish to have in your kitchen and whether these are integrated or free standing.
  • Your preferred cabinetry style - in-frame or frameless
  • Your preferred door style - shaker, slab or handle-less slab (e.g. Ladbroke, J-Groove, Midgard etc.)
  • Your preferred end panel style - plain, v-groove or shaker.

Once we have the above information alongside anything else that you may feel is relevant, we will be able to provide you with an initial estimate of costs.

Can you deliver outside of the UK?

We can either prepare your kitchen for your preferred delivery company to collect from us or alternatively deliver your cabinetry to a port of your choice, it would then be at your discretion what happened from this point forward and to deal with customs, shipping etc.

Do you have samples?

A variety of samples are available to purchase including paint colours, cabinet materials, door finishes and timber worktops. To place an order for these please visit our samples page
