Frequently asked questions
Do you offer a design service?
Absolutely! You can find out how we can help design your kitchen here.
Do you come on site to measure?
We usually work from dimensions or measurements supplied by you or your architects. Most clients have plans if they're undergoing a renovation, but if not we advise consulting with a local tradesman, or you can always measure yourself.
If you're doing it yourself, your measurements don't need to be millimetre perfect - we build some tolerance into our kitchens by designing just short of the full length and then using filler pieces to create a seamless finish. We're also always on hand to advise if you are a little unsure - just contact us
How much are your kitchens?
The price of a kitchen will vary based on so many factors, but here are the 'starting from' prices for our cabinetry (excluding appliances & worktops):
- - Medium (12 Units): £12,000
- - Large (16 Units): £18,000
- - Extra-large (20 Units): £25,000
Looking for a more exact estimate? Every kitchen on our portfolio has a price guide that relates to that exact kitchen style, to help narrow it down even further. Or just get in touch and our team will happily provide an estimate for your specific kitchen plans.
Can you supply appliances?
Absolutely. We work directly with fantastic partners like Miele, Bora, Quooker, among others. You can find more information about our appliances on our appliances page.
Do you fit kitchens?
Currently, we are a supply-only company. Many of our clients are undergoing wider renovation projects, so using the contractor or a local carpenter or fitter can often be the most cost-effective option.
What kind of worktops do you offer?
We can supply a wide range of granite, quartz and marble, and also manufacture solid wood worktops in 8 different timbers ourselves.
What are your cabinets constructed from?
Our specification matters a lot to us - we say our kitchens are built for life, after all. You can find more details about all of our material options on our specification page.
What are the lead times?
Our typical lead times are as follows:
- - Kitchens: 8 - 12 Weeks
- - Doors: 4 - 6 Weeks
Our lead times start from confirming that the order details are correct and ready for production.

Can you deliver outside of the UK?
We can either prepare your kitchen for your preferred delivery company to collect from us or alternatively deliver your cabinetry to a port of your choice, it would then be at your discretion what happens from this point forward and to deal with customs, shipping etc.
Do you have samples?
A variety of samples are available to purchase including paint colours, cabinet materials, door finishes and timber worktops. To place an order for these please visit our samples page.
Can I choose a custom colour? How much is this?
Alongside our 30 colours, we do offer a custom colour-matching service. All you have to do is send us a sample of the colour you'd like, and we work together directly with our paint supplier to replicate the colour.
This costs £24 per panel (A 3-drawer stack would be 3 panels, for example), with a minimum order size of 18 panels.
